What is Delta 9 THC?
THC’s scientific name is delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, or delta-9 for short. Delta-9 THC isn’t like Delta 8 THC which is only 1/3 as potent as has users stating the high isn’t that intense.

How is Delta 9 THC Legal?
Due to the weight of our gummies, we can still put 15mg of delta 9 THC into each gummy and be compliant to ship to all 50 states. The total amount of 100% THC percentage is less than .3% of the gummies entire weight. This allows us to ship legally to all 50 states. No Medical Card Required!!!

We provide full panel COA’s, unlike other cannabis companies that only provide potency tests. We test for pesticides, microbes, residual solvents, and heavy metals. All testing is done at a DEA-registered lab.
